CoD Cold War: Season 5 bringt „Among Us“-Modus - Patch Note

Cold was Season 5: That's what you need to update 1.21

When will Season 5 start? Originally the new Call of Duty Season 5 should start on 12th August. Meanwhile, the developers have postponed the release to Friday (13 August). It starts early in the morning: From 6:00 clock German times you can then fall into the action.

New game modes - Demolition and Double Agent

Old classic Demolition: An old fan favorite comes back, which fans wish for a long time. In demolition, a team must place a bomb at a certain point. The task of the other team is to prevent exactly that. Demolition but only appears in the later course of the Season 5 - there is no exact date.

What is Double Agent? In this game mode, everything revolves around hidden operators and kept ahead. A lobby has a maximum of 10 players. You will be assigned to one of 3 roles, which in turn specifies the task field:

• Double agent: These players must secretly kill all other opponents or place a bomb. The clou: nobody knows who is a double agent - everyone could be.
• Operating: You must find out together who the agents are. At the start this is the biggest group.
• Investigator: A player becomes a detective that should support his teammates in the search. He can read hints that remain hidden others.

At the beginning of each round, all players start with a pistol. Weapons and equipment are scattered on the map. You can pick it up, but are not bound to them; Just exchanges them. To the weapons everyone can collect, class-specific skills come. You deserve you with skill points that you will receive in the course of a round for different actions.

Weapons and skills alone are not enough to locate the nasty double agents. The developers emphasize that the voice chat is particularly important. Players must communicate much in the Double Agent mode to have a chance of double agents at all.

5 Fresh maps for the multiplayer

These maps are new: The Season 5 of Black Ops: Cold was a total of 5 new multiplayer cards. Also 2 remakes are: Slums from Black Ops II and Drive-in from Black Ops I. On the Season 5 maps, your 6VS6 plays, only the map showroom represents an exception with 3 or 2 against 2.
