Matt Booty recognizes the lack of updates for Halo Infinite
No one can deny that the first days of Halo Infinite were exciting. The new work of 343 Industries was received positively, and 20 million players were reached. However, after the first weeks, the title began to lose the attention of the public, something that Matt Booty is aware.
During his recent participation in the Podcast of Friends Per Second, Booty, head of Xbox Game Studios, he acknowledged that the launch of Halo Infinite was like getting to the goal, just to stumble moments later . This was what he mentioned in this regard:
The classic error error error and stumble upon crossing the finish line. We have to recover there. The load is on us.
These days, with a game like Halo Infinite, sending it is just the beginning. There must be a plan to maintain the content; There must be a plan for a regular continuous commitment. And we do not comply with the plan in that.
Thanks to the players for staying with us through this. We know that there is much more demand and much more we could offer. That is our approach at this time... in the quality of life of the game and in having a regular cadence of content.
In response to this, Booty said 343 developers have devised a new plan to help deliver content effectively. The study previously said that would need to slow down the infinite_ talus updates so that it could work again in the future , and this seems to be what the head of Xbox Game Studios refers.
Therefore, The winter update is expected to reach Halo Infinite on November 8 . In related issues, we already know when Ray-Training will arrive at this delivery. Similarly, it seems that developers will change the game engine.
Editor's note:
I still remember the first days of Halo Infinite with love, where the whole community was happy. However, this feeling disappeared, and the lack of constant updates and new content quickly returned monotonous to this experience.
