Hideo Kojima apparently came back from the cinema.

Todesstrandung was a game that you either loved or hated, without much in between. It was a strange matter with a story that in many ways strengthen both Hideo Kojima's as well as his weaknesses showed. Anyway, the game is already outside, but Kojima is still out there and teases with a new mysterious trailer, and I suspect he just came back from the movie.

The teaser was posted on his official Twitter that you can see below. It was very similar to trailers for the Oscar Prize winner 1917 In fact, much of this moving this film is almost afterwards, including the manner as "Coming 2020" is increased when the main character is running away from the fight (with the same font and all) , as well as the use of trenches from the First World War. Seems as if Kojima were pretty much affected by the war film.

It is not clear what will come in 2020. The best bet is that this has something to do with the PC version, which will appear at some point this year. It could only be a well-known film fan who plays around. We just have to wait and see, I suppose. Kojima is said to talk about the design philosophy on this year's GDC, so it is possible that we can hear something there.
